mattlandis
Hello, I am getting complaints from some users on one system that they are getting random (once a day for heavy users) thundering loud burst of static for several seconds. (this user says they never mute using the snom phone since they have headset and mute from there). phone: snom360/8.4.18 pbx: 2011-4.2.1.4025 (Win32) Any ideas what could be causing this? Are they using Wireless Headsets? I use one and every so often my Wireless Weather Station Remote unit sends data. I usually hear a brief but distinct click which some people may call static. Do they have anything like that at their location?? Or maybe their neighbor?? Some Electronic Fences for dogs can do it too...

marsbewohner
We're running them for about two weeks, and so far everything is working besides some small registration glitches, which has no impact on the basic phone service though...
