Working Hard
Customer is indicating audio delays upon receiving or placing outbound analog calls using Sangoma 8-port analog card installed in a new snom ONE Plus BLUE. Basically, after a call is connected, the remote party does not hear any audio for approximately 20 seconds and generally will hang-up not realizing anyone is there. This happens for both inbound and outbound, so thinking there is an issue in the config. Card is configured for inbound ON-OUTBOUNDSIDE-CONNECTED in the NBE. Thoughts? Anyone else had this issue? Version: 2011-4.2.1.4025 (Linux)
Vodia PBX
So do internal calls between the extension work properly? If yes, we can rule out tricky NAT/routing problems. Otherwise, "in theory" the PSTN setup should work out of the box...
Working Hard
Yes. Internal calls work fine. Only affects inbound/outbound analog.
Vodia PBX
Maybe this is related to the problem with the kernel version (other thread).
Vodia support
Try running the sangoma setup again and use the IP4 of the unit rather then using the 127.0.0.1 loop-back addr we have seen this fix the issue with audio 70% of the time also try calibrating the cards as well and then restarting the gateway.
