Inbound/Outbound Call Connect but Audio is Delayed with snom ONE Plus Analog Trunks

Customer is indicating audio delays upon receiving or placing outbound analog calls using Sangoma 8-port analog card installed in a new snom ONE Plus BLUE. Basically, after a call is connected, the remote party does not hear any audio for approximately 20 seconds and generally will hang-up not realizing anyone is there. This happens for both inbound and outbound, so thinking there is an issue in the config.

 

Card is configured for inbound ON-OUTBOUNDSIDE-CONNECTED in the NBE. Thoughts? Anyone else had this issue?
