markthompson Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 has anyone used the new snom UC600 and if so have you used it with Snom One? it might be an alternative in the short term before we move to Lync but I would need to know if can autoprovision it via the xml files. Quote
katerina Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 The snom UC600 is a USB phone without any network card. It works only in connection to a PC with MSFT Lync2010 installed. So it cannot be provisioned via xml files. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 Interesting thought if the device can be used from a regular softphone. This is something that we could investigate. Quote
mattlandis Posted October 16, 2011 Report Posted October 16, 2011 actually, you not too far off... an alert reader said that "oak" phones DO work with Counterpath Bria. See below: http://windowspbx.blogspot.com/2010/10/tip-use-polycom-cx300-plantronics-p540.html also we have a video review of UC600 coming out in minutes below: http://www.youtube.com/landiscomputer Quote
