Steve B
I have a trunk with two DIDs. What I want to do is be able to assign two CO lines to one DID and have the other DID go to a hunt group. Is this possible? The reason for this is the system has a cross use, one DID is for a home line that at the current point goes to a snom 300. The other DID is for business and goes to a few 320's, one of those 320's is at the same house as the 300. I wanted to add a couple line buttons for the "home" DID so they can answer the house line on those buttons, on the 320 as well as the 300. I can always add another extension but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. I have searched a bit on this and haven't found an answer. Thanks! pbx support
Have you thought about assigning the DID to the extension/account instead of co-line? If you assign one DID to "home" account and other one to the hunt group. Now, either you can have multiple registration on the home 300 so that you can see & answer either call or choose BLF button to pickup the call etc.
Vodia PBX
I would not use CO-lines for that. You can just assign the DID to the extension or hunt group (as alias) and then monitor the extension or hunt group.
