shopcomputer Posted February 14, 2012 Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 It looks like the snomone provisions the m9 pin automatically with the domain pin, the problem is the m9 only accepts a 4 digit pin, so we can not register handset, etc. if our domain pin is longer and has letters or symbols. shopcomputer Posted February 14, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 Obviously I can change the pnp file to do that, however I don't think it is best practice to auto-provision the domain pin for the snom pin, many of us use complicated pins that include letters and symbols. DECT usually uses only 4 digits, but is reasonable okay because the registration window is usually only open for a short of time and then after that not used.
