recordings incoming

Recommended Posts

ok. I do all the correct setting ... I activated also the message that say "your call are being registered " but the file was not created in the correct folder . only the outgoing message was registered correctly .

I used the latest beta release on the wiki snomone. 2011-4.5.0.1030 Beta Corona Austrinids (Win32)

which release register the incoming call correctly? thanks.

Did you check the snom/snomONE/recording directory?

also make sure that "Record incoming calls to hunt group" is set to on.

in case it's off on the domain level.

I would open the recording directory, make and inbound call and refresh the folder and see if the recording has been created.

nothing to do , the system record only the outbound call. even if in the log there is a correct description of folder and name of file that are being created.

maybe this release have the problem to convert temp file to correct file .... could you check ?

Thats not looking bad. Did you check if the file has been generated? Maybe at recordings/pippo/...? Usually those file names are relative to the working directory of the PBX. Of course, the PBX needs the permission to write a file there and also to create new directories.

the pbx create the correct file only for the outbound calls. not for all incoming calls. the permission are ok ..... I thinks is a bug....

could you check on your system this strange behavior ? thanks.

Well, this should work. Did you try to turn all recording flags on on domain level and hunt group level? You can override the domain default in a hunt group, maybe thats where the problem is.
