I am little stuck with the following. Small customer has two incoming phone lines wants to handle the calls in the following manner. ? call comes in and goes directly to a hunt group, first extension 100 and then 101. ( no problem here) In other words they want a human to answer the call. ? If no one answers the call should be sent to an auto attendant who will give caller a choice to leave a voice mail for user 1 by pressing 1 or user 2 by pressing 2. I am little stuck with the second part of the call. How do I control sending the call directly to a VM of each user by pressing 1 or 2?
