Travis
I have 2 park orbits set up, they work as intended using *85xxx and *86xxx. I'm trying to set up buttons for them through the SNOM pbx v. 4.5 to be used with the SNOM 360 phone, but to no avail. Do I need to program the function keys from the phones GUI as well? I was under the impression that if I made a button plan in the pbx and assigned it to all the phones it would work w/o further programming required. What happens when I try to place a call on the park orbit with the button it just acts like it is switching lines (no other functions or lines are assigned to the buttons I'm trying to use). Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
Vodia support
To use the park orbit as button you will have to provision the phone to the snomONE pbx. here is an overview on how to achieve this. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Plug_and_Play also this link as some videos that will help you understand how it all works. Check the "Associated Videos" section.
Vodia PBX
No that should be all done through the web interface of the PBX. You should use plug and play to get this working; if you manually configure things on the phone that will be difficult; there are a couple of settings that need to be set to make it happen.
