Assigning outbound call to an agent group

Well of course the agent can make an outbound call; that does not require any prefix.

 

But that call will not be considered part of the agent group actitivy in the reports and it will also not be subject to the recording policy in the group. I guess that is the problem here.

 

The other common topic is the possibility to add a list of number that agents should dial. I would see the possibility to add a feature code maybe something like *46 that will dial the next number in the list of outbound numbers; if it connects the agent may put it back to the end if the list by pressing * or wait until the other party hangs up and then it is considered done. That starcode might have a suffix with the number. I would prefer using a star code for that to make sure that the whole thing does not go to the dial plan.
