pbx support Posted April 4, 2012 Report Posted April 4, 2012 The call log is displayed from 'cdrt' folder. The extension call logs are displayed only under the respective user portals. Quote

If not you may want to do so. I had a couple servers that would switch to write only after a generic cron request which would not allow the system to write. snomONE technically worked correctly for calls unless it saved a voicemail, call data record or sent an email then it would do nothing. On a reboot, everything worked fine. After the update, they seem to be staying up. It may not be your problem but you may check it out. Quote
rene Posted April 5, 2012 Author Report Posted April 5, 2012 Thanks for your help the cdrt directory is empty but cdri and cdre are not and updated on each call. I have check the written right of the cdrt directory and changed it to 777 to be sure. I can see the call logs in the user web account. Can I see something particular in the system logs that I have turned on Quote
rene Posted April 5, 2012 Author Report Posted April 5, 2012 I have performed a lot of tests and my call log contains only external call. Internal are not stored (between local extension). Perhaps a configuration allows to get traces of all calls ? Thanks Quote
Vodia PBX Posted April 6, 2012 Report Posted April 6, 2012 cdrt stands for cdr with trunks, cdre for cdr with extensions, cdri for cdr from the internal objects (e.g. ACD). If you make a call with a registered handset, you should be able to see that in the cdre folder. Quote
