pbx support Posted April 12, 2012 Report Share Posted April 12, 2012 The star code (*93) is interfering with couple of other features. We want to see if we can remove that star code support. If they are in the connected state of the agent group, then we could have the feature to turn recording on while connected to an agent. Record all calls Record only incomming calls Record external calls Record extension to extension Record calls to specific extension Record Calls from extension Recorded calls should be displayed per extension in portal area. When you use snom phones with that record button with PnP, you can just press the button during the call and start recording from there.
