My client does not want the Boss's extension number published in the directory. Also how do I handle a user who goes by the name Bob and Robert, he wants the dial by name directory to exept both. In the auto attendant, you can exclude certain extensions ("Accounts that cannot be called"), this also applies to the dial by name feature. Bob and Robert is difficult.
