Fax Support in V5

Hello,

 

the first thing we've tested in V5 is the Fax-Support, but we don't have success handling incoming faxes. We've set up a simple test PBX. One Trunk with all calls coming in are going to ext. 123 with Mailbox enabled. No other accounts in this PBX. Fax call comes in, Mailbox starts with greeting and then after the first fax beep, greeting is stopped and... nothing happens.

Of course, SIP-Provider supports T.38.

Do you get the email when you leave a voice message? (is the email working in general)?

 

yes we received .wav files. but no faxing
