djanjic Posted September 23, 2013 Report Share Posted September 23, 2013 Hello, strange problem, message/retrieve button doesn't work under default settings "Key Event"---> Retrieve. If we use speed dial ---> 8+extension number there is no problem. It doesn't present a huge problem but it is inconvenient because you have to program every phone for it... Any ideas? Can you check the SIP trace of the phone if there is anything going out? No phone was provisioned manually. Additionally we discovered one more anomaly.
