Vodia Telephone System Posted October 3, 2013 Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 You mean the WAC? That is on the home page of the user login. OR Do you mean the Call Log tab under the ACD? Vodia Telephone System Posted October 3, 2013 Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 That can all been seen by going into the particular ACD from the ACD list from the domain and viewing its Call Log or Calls and Agents, all the info related to that ACD.
