Maximum Call Duration

We have a client with a Snom One Mini (latest 4.6.x fw) and Snom 821 phones. Calls are terminating after 15 minutes, despite having the max call duration set to 2 hours in the PBX.

 

Can anyone help me out? I've searched for possibilities, but I haven't been successful. I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Thanks!
