Support Hatemis Posted December 26, 2013 Report Share Posted December 26, 2013 Hello, I receive 3-4 emails alerts by day: Default configuration: User Disconnects call One side of the call between sip:firstname.lastname@example.org;user=phone and sip:email@example.com did not receive media for 1044.1 s. It seems the user disconnected the call because of that. The SIP messages are attached. Always with "1044.1s" ! Nevertheless concerned calls are corrects. And I see in the logs of the BYE: Reason: q.850;cause=16 I don't understand these alerts. Anybody can help me? Edit: Besides I receive these emails in double...
