koolandrew
Please add a line for from email, when setting up a conference. The issue now is that the conference participant declines or responds back to the conference invitation, it will not reach the administrator of the conference. It is a small thing but would make it alot more smooth than it is now. Thanks
Vodia PBX
The other workaround is to get the ics from the PBX web site, so to add it to your personal calendar. Then you can add whoever you like, without the PBX being involved.
koolandrew
Thanks for your reply, but this is not a workaround. There is an email inviite and the invitee will likely respond or decline to an email address that has no relationship to the sender. We really need this to be set up. Vodia PBX
How about sending this from the email of the one who organizes the meeting? Although I still wonder if that email would be considered a SPAM email.
hosted
what are you not using an email from your corporate email system? room1@mycompany.com seems ideal to me
koolandrew
We need a different email setup for conferencing. I appreciate your reply, but if you use the same one, that person will get other emails that you dont want them to get, as they are users of the system, not system admins or pbx engineers. Another email address, or have it come from the organizer's email (although that create spam issues as mentoned). Thanks
