hasa Posted February 2, 2015 Report Share Posted February 2, 2015 Hi friends, I have a on Premise Snom one Blue server and its running on CentOS operating system. its running with out any issue since last two years. but currently i have a issues. Please help me to resolve this issue, Issue details given below Some extensions are unable to call out to external parties and having relaying delays.When we made an external calls through the EXT, no dial tone. When we hang up the phone, after 30secs then the receiver will receive call from this number.But when we answer the phone, no sound no dial tone. It seems like there is some relaying delays. Vodia support Posted February 3, 2015 Report Share Posted February 3, 2015 Perhaps you can provide us with a SIP trace? Does the behavioral happen random at times or is it constant?
