David84
Hi everybody, and happy new year to all ! Just a little question: one of my customer tells me that, when he picks up a call, something like "*60146" or "*60166" (or something else like "*xxxxx") appears on his phone screen instead of the incoming caller number... It occurs only on pickup... How can I manage that ? Tks for your help. David |SWALI

Vodia PBX
Well, this should work... Did you automatically provision the phone? Change anything with the display of the caller-ID? The PBX should update the caller-ID in the P-Asserted-Identity header and the phone should update its display.
snom.dk
Hi David, If you press button no. 3 below the display you will see call information.
