    5.1.3

well were getting closer. I can verify from the UCclient the connection is TLS and its trying to talk to the PBX on port 5060. and the PBX is not accepting tls on that port. (I changed the PBX to TLS 5060 and it worked *for the most part*) after i got the TLS on port 5060, i was able to register and the pbx picture was downloading. but the call log and the other users didn't show up (and i did veryify the PBX sent the information to the client in the SIP NOTIFY stuff) UPDATE: i changed the snom transport method to TCP. and its working... except for the missing contacts/call log (i don't get why the picture downloaded but not the contacts)

i guess i need to wireshark.. I receive the config file just fine then the client tries to register TLS (on port 5060) according to the client log then it times out. the pbx doesn't show any attempt. wireshark time. looks good now. regarding these messages: One side of the call between sip:801234@customer:5060 and sip:801320@trunk:5060 did not receive media for 1080383.7 s. It seems the user disconnected the call because of that. The SIP messages are attached. i have determined these are phantom co lines. scenario: incoming call is placed on hold. you then press 801 (to start a new call).. 2 shared lines light up (colines) you hangup the call and a phantom coline is still light up. after it ends up going away I get this email notification.

yes i used the xml in the software update. i also manually downloaded the file in the xml and replaced pbxctrl, same thing. the manual file also says "v" ------------------------ [1] 7:42:10.482 WEBC: Performing software upgrade based on http://snomone.com/downloads/snomONE/version-5.1.2v.xml [3] 7:42:10.845 WEBC: Software update: Removing file pbxctrl-old [3] 7:42:10.845 WEBC: Software update: Sending request for file http://snomone.com/downloads/snomONE/centos64/pbxctrl-centos64-5.1.2v [5] 7:42:35.795 WEBC: Succesfully changed the permission for file pbxctrl rebooted and Software-Version: 5.1.2u (CentOS64) Build Date: Nov 28 2013 21:21:16 also, before doing this upgrade i was not using "u"

this new version is giving a ton of these errors: One side of the call between sip:801@pbx:5060 and sip:802@customer:5060 did not receive media for 1228974.6 s. It seems the user disconnected the call because of that. The SIP messages are attached. Also its saying version "u" not "v"

firmware! centos32 image is missing, fyi
  12. hmm when a session timer expires from the carrier they send a re-invite to pbx. snomone does respond to the reinvite with an OK so the timer renews. snomone might not support times to phone endpoints and controls this but monitoring the RTP which is fine by me. but as for the carrier it works fine.

    DND grr

So I notice in the 7xx PNP files... {ifn_button dnd none} <dnd_on_code perm="RW">{starcode code_dnde}</dnd_on_code> <dnd_off_code perm="RW">{starcode code_dndd}</dnd_off_code>{fin_button dnd none} what does "{ifn_button dnd none}" mean? does that mean IF there is no DND in the buttons it will take the star code?

awesome very good idea. this will cause the DND to not sync with the server right? (which i am good with to fix this)
  15. Just to be clear. session time is a INVITE message that happens at the 15 minute marker. snomone does respond back to the reinvite just fine. If you dont receive this invite message, then there is an upstream provider issue. db
  16. snomone does support session timers. we have tested this before.
  17. understand.. What would be cool is if you checked to see if the forwarded number matched the cell number and still allowed this function.
  18. when a extension is forward to a cell, why doesn't the ## work?

    any plans to support?
  23. 5.1.2 within the domain under extension the drop down mac sync doesnt work. there is a log entry saying it is syncing however it doesnt communicate to snom however as admin under the system-phone settings that button does work.
