So i have had 1 customer complain and i didnt give it much thought. however i now have 3 people complaining. so its not a fluke inbound call comes in and the carrier disconnects fast. however PBX instead of ringing all calls in the hunt group now rings 1 phone and when then answer nothing is there they hang up. the PBX then rings phone #2 and on and on. customer gets pissy when they have 10 phones in the hunt. I have not been able to capture the PBX side of this. however i have seen the carrier side which is how i know the call was terminated quite fast.

I have been getting more complains about unsupported media type errors. user will get this when pressing the voice mail button. press it again and it works.

agreed! the coolest features with snom don't work. I get complaints all the time to the point i have slowed down our sales efforts. The buttons are critical! and if they dont turn off.. well

waiting is agonizing as there are lots of "button" issues.

its a big deal for us white label hosters.

when a user logins and selects "cell phone" it points to usr_settings.htm?show_section=mobile when it should point to usr_redirection.htm?show_section=mobile fyi

I refreshed the install and it fixed the issue.

8.7.3.19 doesnt work,, so there is no solution right now..

why doesnt snom one handle the inband dtmf? is there any way to adjust its sensitivity?
