So i have had 1 customer complain and i didnt give it much thought.
however i now have 3 people complaining. so its not a fluke
inbound call comes in and the carrier disconnects fast. however PBX instead of ringing all calls in the hunt group now rings 1 phone and when then answer nothing is there they hang up. the PBX then rings phone #2 and on and on.
customer gets pissy when they have 10 phones in the hunt.
I have not been able to capture the PBX side of this. however i have seen the carrier side which is how i know the call was terminated quite fast.
