see attached, this is a capture from the customer. customer also said: I am using FireFox 7.0.1 I also tried Internet Explorer 8 with the same problem. I tried changing the View/Character Encoding, but it didn't help.

yes for sure. especially in a hosted environment. seems silly that a domain admin can delete an extension but cant add a DID.. :/

sound like your software maintenance expired. downgrade back the old version.

This really should be a trunk toggle. many carriers use sonus which hates rtcp.

there should be a setting in the trunk to disable passing rtcp to the carrier.
