    bad WAC

What did I do to screw up the blocks on the left? My phone and all the incoming calls are not showing up...
  2. goes to a SIP trunk. I see the trunk respond, and some times I see the trunk accept the call. however pbxnsip CANCELS it.
  3. When the final destination is a cell number to a registration trunk works when the 1-3 stages are blank however if you ring any number phones first it fails.. but the odd thing is I see the SIP invite to the trunk, the trunk says auth required then it sends a reinvite then cancels the call... strange behavior. yet it works fine without calling extension beforehand.
  4. I like that you can now upload extension voicemail, etc. But we need to be able and upload agent groups also....
  5. with the latest beta? i cant get it to work the old way
  6. suggestion, maybe in the provisioning username spot we can put $u for user? that would fix this.
  7. delete the country code and area code from the domain setting page (leave blank)
  8. centos, but does this mean i need a special version for every release? seems hard to do.
  9. yes but this is soooooo bad for us. that means from V3 to V4 I have to touch over 1000 phones to upgrade people. in V3 i enter 100@domain1 with the provisioning password :dompass but I cant change everyone's web password to dompass. that impossible
  10. I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. with a snom phone I set the http client to user@domain and use the web password. otherwise I use admin@domain and the provisioning password and I set the MAC in the registration? is that right?

    PAC load

I just restarted this PBX (for fun) and the processor is now pegged. seems pretty constant for this customer. seems the fix would be to have PAC timeout and quite asking for updates when pbxnsip doesnt authenticate its token.
  12. can I get the V4 login.htm template?

    PAC load

load is idle again... I am really thinking the PAC goes wild when it gets lost and floods the PBX.
  15. we use domain backup templates. but we manually have to adjust trunk auth info.

    PAC load

I can see a TON of web traffic.. looks like pac traffic: [iP removed].12:46242 -> [iP removed]1:80 [AP] POST /ajax.htm?action=paccalls&token=8899 HTTP/1.1..Accept: */*..Accept-Language: en-us..Referer: http://[iP removed] 1/pac_monitor.htm..Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate..User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; Tr ident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; Zune 4.0; OfficeLiveConnector.1.4; OfficeLivePatch.1.3)..Host: [iP removed]1..Content-Length: 0..Connection: Keep-Alive..Cache- Control: no-cache..Cookie: session=rbp83wvgfsgxbgiiywtn.... does PAC go crazy if it gets lost? IE connection died because of a pbxnsip restart..?

    PAC load

well this problem is back, not sure why it went away. is it possible to see what threads are causing CPU load?
  18. basically what you (and I) need is that new pbxnsip load balancing software
  19. inside the generated directory I see polycom_adrbook.xml however there are not address in it, I do have 10+ in the web address book.
  20. but setting the affinity only locks the RTP to a given CORE correct?
  21. If I pull the polycom base config (0004..cfg) via TFTP it only points to 2 (http) files. nothing about directories.
  22. do you dedicate a core to pbxnsip? or just let hyperV manage this?
