We have a customer who uses snom/tls and parks calls (via buttons) to a service flag extension. 5% of the time the pickup fails. any ideas? I can go into the web interface and boot the call out of park just fine.

I cant find this in the manual. Agent group Priority = 3 Agent group Priority = 1 same people in both groups. doesnt Priority 1 answer before calls in priority 3?

it would be cool if there was a button. ESI has a similar function. You press a button to enable this feature but when the customer starts leaving a message, the button starts flashing and the PBX intercoms the phone and as the user is leaving the voicemail it is played over the intercom 50% volume. then the user can pick up the handset and take over the call. or hit X and drop the call so they can keep leaving the voicemail. be cool if it functioned similar.

is there any way to combine co lines on 2 trunks? example, trunk 1 has co1 co2 co3 I want trunk 2 to share co1 co2 co3 just for redundancy, that will limits the number of co lines...
