  1. Hello, GSM Gateway recommended & works with pbxnsip/snom ONE? Any one done this? I see the http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/VOIP+GSM+Gateways but I'm wondering if that is available for the USA?
  2. account > redirection or http://localhost/dom_ext2.htm
  3. Hello, I'd be extremely interested in input about a 60 extension portable phone system we need to consult on. Need: -60 portable phones -coverage over an area .5 mi by .5mi that includes being in and out of buildings, etc. - Client is considering using ipod touch with some softphone as portable phones over wifi. Has anyone done this? Any input. (i wont give my idea to muddy the waters.) matt
  4. I see the forum has been upgraded. Is there a way to still see all posts since last forum visit? Matt
  5. when hotdesking is activated on a certain phone handset (for example extension 70 is acting as 75) should the retrieve/voicemail button on that phone get the voicemail of 75 (i would expect) or 70? currently it dials the extension number of the original/true extension number. let me know if that is correct. matt
  6. Weak password for that extension. Excellent feature. not soo good to tell what it is. ;-) Matt
  7. if it is a really important flag, should it be on a blf on the phone? suggestion. although I'm not opposed to more email notices. Matt
  8. As a security initiative, one entity we work with is trying to not have users share logins. Am I overlooking something simple? I see for domain admins we can have more than one. Is there some work around for sys admins for snom one? thanks Matt
  9. Hello, How many phones do you have connected? Bear in mind that snom ONE free will allow only 2 non snom phones. Any chance there are more than this trying to register to snom oNE? Non snom softphones count towards the 2. Matt
  10. you have 1 sip trunk ringing 2 pbxs? if so that is not something I normally see. how about the 2 sip clients to the same pbx? (one would be registered to 2 pbxs) would that work?
  11. you can easily test by dialing unregistered account. but I expect ur call flow is more complex.
  12. we will test...that is what we think we test already...but will try again..tx
  13. want to share the critical fields? tx matt
  14. Great 99999 should be fine. Thanks for that direct answer. Matt
  15. snom One is a great product and the free product is a lot of value packed into free. It is a little ironic to note another limit of a product whose tag line is "no limits". ;-) (which incidentally i really like the line...) I don't have a problem with limits, i just wish we didn't need to find them ourselves...one by one. ;-) I'm curious what account limit is on the yellow and blue? I asked this question in the webinar today and got the vague answer there are none or are extremely high. ;-) But once again folks, snom one is a great value. matt
  16. The above solution does not work. Did you test it? Matt
  17. We only use patton so i'm not familiar with spa 3102. but maybe this helps? http://kiwi.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Linksys Matt
  18. very simple. the snom phone button is set to park orbit. (you can provision this from snom one or set it in snom phone) we cannot have a button to put calls into an orbit and a seperate one to take out. That's far too many buttons if we have more than one park orbit. thanks, Matt
