let me explain it better, we give out admin accounts, and we dont want the client should be able to change the sip password, and as well client shouldn't be able to change the limit of register ext

How can I remove the sip password from All Domain administrator accounts and restricted Domain administrators from changing max. number of concurrent registrations per extension

A known problem is that when you send the email multiple times, the delete action already happens on the first emails.
what do you mean by multiple time ? more than one email address ?

hi, i had an issue on one ext that when ever i got the wav file from a voive mail to my email it was always empty,
i taught the issue is the version so i have test it on a few version 3.5 and than 4.0 and i still had the same issue, i have realized now that if i change the option After sending a message files to mark message as read it will work, but if i set it up delete the message i will get an empty wav file,
i am running now version 4.0.0.3344 please advice

It essentially works like a service flag. But in difference to a service flag, the event that triggers it is the registration status not a time event. So where you would put the service flag account number (e.g. "123") you would put the "#R".

what about if i already have service flag for day and night mode, for the IVR , how can we still add that option for call fwd when all phones are not register ?

you can add allow ip 0.0.0.0/0 and it will auto be open for all ip address...
or if they have static ip just allow there ip address,

i ones saw a feature that was #R that was able to be set up is all hones fall of from registration (internet is down) that you can set up a redirection number,
can any one advice how to do that ?

i am having an issue that when we send an outbound call it sends along the User Info/Ext name
and we do termination with level 3 and they will reject the traffic since it doesn't not mach with there cname

There is a setting called "readpos" in the ACD settings (check the XML in the file system). If it is set to true, then the PBX starts reading out the position. This feature is available in version 4. Not sure why it is not available in the web interface. Maybe change it in the XML, restart if you can and then see if it does what you want.

is there a way in a agent group to announce for the callers that are waiting on hold to notify them that you are the next caller on hold?
i have find in the pbx files that there is a recording for that but haven't find a way on the PBX how to set it up, i have version 3.5 and 4.0

for about a week yahoo and Hotmail are not allowing mail that is coming from my pbx (Gmail is working fine)
are there any new security from yahoo and Hotmail that blocks the traffic if yes is their any way to meet the security

i have change from version 4.0.0.3344 to 4.0.1.3448 and i cant gets the trunks to work,
also i see on the trunk there is an option for C-P what is that ?
