What's the scenario here? just curious to know what your trying to do.
-
Zero will have this effect set it to 20s or 30s depending on the "Direct Destinations menu". This was develop to give the client enough time to choose a destination.
-
In any case, if you need to upgrade you can go to http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Upgrades for snomONE installations or
http://www.pbxnsip.com/download-software/software.php for pbxnsip users.
-
Forgot to mention that this was tested with the latest snomONE.
-
Please refer to the link. It will out-line how to configure your Skype trunk. Lets us know how it goes.
-
Please proceed here to download the latest build. According to the release note this issue has been fixed.

V, if you want to update the snomONE plus here is how.
Upgrading/Updating the snomONE
Once the snomONE is installed and running succefully, the upgrade to a newer version is very simple.
Download the new version to snomONE directory
Make the file executable using chmod a+x <new file> command.
Stop the snomONE using service snomONE stop command.
Point the link to new binary using ln -sf <new file> snomONE-ctrl command.
Start the snomONE using service snomONE start command.
This procedure has to be followed anytime you want to upgrade (or downgrade) the snomONE.

I would proceed to the following URL
http://wiki.sangoma.com/SangomaTechSupport
Sangoma support is usually on the IRC chat live and I would also open ticket with them as well.
-
Are there any errors on the System status screen?
-
Can you post a sip trace of the missed call when you trying to call from the system.
-
Which version of snomONE are you running?
-
Can you make sure "Mailbox Direct Dial Prefix:" is set to 8 ?
-
Once the call comes into the system you can grab the call by pressing the co-line or by dialing *87 which is the star code feature to pick up the calls but if a call is been routed to the IVR or AA then you have to wait until the calls has been routed out to an extension in other to retrieve it.
-
They're 2 methods to achieve this.
Method 1.You can assign your clients cell phone # in the "redirection tab" located in the extension level, you must activate "Offer personal virtual assistant" as well. The last step will be to turn off "Offer Camp On" in the domain settings to "off"
The client will have the ability to call into the system "Via Cell phone" and have a special greeting from the AA from here they will be able to change there pin, voice-mail and add a new greeting as well.
Method 2. If they are calling from a pstn line they would have to call into the pbxs main-number, dial there own extension and wait until there mailbox picks up and then the user must press *
Note: Once the mailbox picks up you need not wait for it to play the whole message you can press * after 1-2 seconds.
-
It will still show the IPs phone but as long as they don't know the admin/pass set in the "Provisioning Parameters" in the Domain-settings then you should be Ok.
-
The noise that plays on the system comes from the pbx it's a "comfort noise" found in snom/snomONE/audio_moh/noise.wav
This is used when connecting to a pstn for example. If you would like to remove you can do so.
-
On the phones point of view you will lose any custom setting you have manual entered because you have already "pnp" your phone to the snomONE if that is the case. Are your phones provisioned to the pbx?

Jack, while you are sending the test account to pbx support, can you take a quick glance at the admin guide just to make sure that everything is in order.
http://downloads.snom.net/snomONE/docs/snomONE_online_book.pdf
Pages 355-358
Just tested the pnp with the snom320 and everything seems to be working fine.
Check the log file. (You can ignore the MAC address related log lines when doing WAN PnP)

SnomONE->Lync ringback issue
in Microsoft OCS
Posted
In the snomONE Directory check "audio_en" folder and search for "ringback.wave" to see if the file is there.
In case you don't have it you can download it here.
