  1. - Currently i am using the 'Outbound Proxy' Trunk-Type for communication with the SPA3102. - I recommend using IP-Adresses instead of DNS-names in this trouble-shooting stage. - Be sure to use the WAN connector of the SPA to connect to your PBX. - Be sure you see all settings (advanced mode & admin mode ?) - Configure the SPA with the IP of the PBX and account properties, this is how the SPA connects to the PBX.   2. Dear all, Does anybody know if it is possible to set a specific MOH for 'Park Orbit' or 'Extension On Hold' or on any other level than Domain level ? We have seperate divisions in our company and we would like to have seperate music / messages per division. Anybody who can help me with this one ?
  3. In the screenshot i notice that ONLY stage 1 is used, could you try using all stages before it goes to Final Stage ! for example: Stage 1 10 11 10 Stage 2 10 11 10 Stage 3 10 11 10 Final Stage 820 Good Luck !!

    As Matt (from another post) mentioned, ODBC could be a very popular second option !! I did not think about that possibility, but i think it covers all the above issues except the last one. If it is still possible to make a call-log to file besides ODBC it would be sufficient to cover any communication errors that may arise, thus making the 'cleanup' issue less dramatic.

    Uh ? I really want to know if there will be any possibilities te manage this from PBXNSIP directly. I am not looking for a "cobbled together" solution, but for a PBXNSIP-quality solution ! As the MySQL implementation in PBXNSIP is done and working I assume it should not be a big step to get it working for MS-SQL as well, wright ? Please update..

  7. That sounds like exactly what we need !!! Remains the questions how to 'fool' the message led and how to provision this. 1. Autoprovisioning through PBXNSIP, I prefer this way but what should i specify in the 'Name' field under the 'Buttons' page. And is there any setting in the phone required to facilitate this (like de programmable buttons should be classified as 'button') ? 2. Autoprovisioning through XML, which tag to use ? can you give me an example ? Thanks for your help.....

  10. In a different post i have read that it is not possible to have Music while the hunt group is ringing. Does this mean that the Installation has to be upgraded from 'PBXNIP Pro' to 'PBXNSIP Pro Plus' just to have music ? That means extra expenses of € 800 Euro for Music in an installation of 40 extensions ? Is this the only way out ? Please confirm....

    I have been struggling trying to get the SNOM870 working complete with phone book support and 'park orbit'. But till now it does not work. If it is not supported it would be a huge disappointment for my customers who purchased a few SNOM870 as 'TOP-MODEL' . According to following document it is fully supported !!!! http://www.pbxnsip.com/sales/pbxnsip-and-s...phones-v1.1.pdf When will the full support be available ? As you can understand the management will not accept half-functional phones on their desk. So I have a bunch of useless phones at this moment ! Thanks for any news on this....
  13. I have been struggeling with this (internal) request for the last week but cannot find the solution. Please help !!! Situation: We have a specific Hunt group with two Extensions (small business unit). The owners of the extension have their own Cell Phone. Wish: If both members are not present i want them to be able to (simply) forward the incoming calls to one of the two mobile phones, depending on who will be reachable that day. Tried: Lots of things, but first is will not push you in any direction so i am awaiting a 'fresh' solution. We are using 3.4.0.3201 (Win32) and SNOM phones..... Thanks for any tip. Rudi
  14. Aah, there is something i did not mention: The trunks are placed in the same Domain, does this make any difference ? If it does not make any difference, what you say is that: As long as the 'Global' option is enabled, the Trunk that will pickup the call, will forward it to the call to the Trunk where the dialled Phone Number is present in the DID (wich i cannot find in the properties of the Trunk ?) Or do you mean ANI ? Thanks
  15. We have two seperate SIP-Trunks from the same provider and have some problems with identifying the incoming calls. I can imagine this can be tricky. It seems that the incoming call, coming from any of the two configured Trunks, is accepted by only one of the two trunks, the second trunk is not used for incoming calls at all. The dialled number is probably not checked by PBXNSIP before selecting the specific incoming Trunk ? Is there some kind of workaround or setting for this ? Thanks for any tips. Rudi

Leaves me a few questions: - Does this mean that, starting from version 3.4, the audio prompt is not used anymore when using the 'Agent Login/logout' button ? - Is this behaviour 'as designed' ? - Is it possible to get the audi-prompt back by changing a 'hidden setting' somewhere ? Please give me more tips on how to continue testing......
  20. OK, so that is a change from previous versions. Adding the queue number makes it work. What still does not work is the 'audio prompt' telling me that i entered or left the Agent Group. Can this be a bug ? We use the Dutch Audio Prompts..... Thanks
  21. Today i upgraded PBXNSIP from version 3.2 to 3.4.0.3201 (win) Most functions seem to be working except the button i have always used as Agent Login/Logout function (defined in pbxnsip) . Other defined buttons as 'park orbit' or 'extension' still work. Manually entering *64 or *65 still works. The button on my Snom makes the light go on or off but no voice confirmes my choice. Also, the Agent Status is of course not changed !!! Anybody some hints ?????
  22. I am using accounts (not extensions) as park orbit. Configuring for example a Service-Flag as park orbit works for me... Rudi

  24. It is a pity some of our customers will lose the ACD functionality....... Even in small envirionments this has been a useful feature. Is there any other method to Queue an incoming call if an extension is busy ? Sorry if this question is off-topic here..... Rudi
  25. Is it possible to have an export of the Domain Address Book ? I would like to have this option to be able copy the contents from the Adress Book to another running installation.
