    CDR / limits

We use CDR-Reports for all of our advanced customer reporting and long term record retention. Have been using them for years and works well. Here is the contact info if you want to reach out craig@cdr-reports.com We have 14 server and 5k+ users, its pretty much the best thing out there for long term retention and reporting if you dont want to startt from scratch. Craig built alot of it around Vodia specifically, have him do a demo for you , handles all the ACD and billing level records ... Yori
  2. are you trying to use like an HT801 type ATA and a physical fax machine ?
  3. the device should not restrict your ability to see the CDR or live calls . Do you believe the Htek phone is somehow not showing calls in the Web UI ? sorry theres a few questions within the question , your request for the click on the "missed" calls is more of a Feature Add request I would post that seperately to give it better atention For the call queues 1- If you go to the call log as the domain admin you can expand the call to see who it rang and and who picked it up to seek info there, I usually look at the call log for the domain, the call logs inside the Call Queue as a domain admin and also the Agent stats. also set your Logging to Duration 30 Min , SIP = 8 Ttrunk Events = 8 and LOG CALL MESSAGES = ON Leave everything else off . then you can call in and get the logs when testing you can share for better support hope this is helpful to getting you on your way with the basic troubleshooting for your issues .
  4. That hasnt been added yet, we have asked as well and waiting for the add, hopefully soon . it will work if you use Call Queues instead, they do exist in the app and you can set Allow multiple calls to ring agents in parallel = YES And the Queue will essentially act the same as a Hunt group . just a suggested work around for now to keep the customer happy
  5. what is the date stamp on your version of 69.0.6 ?
  6. have you tried using the app to just call the service flags from the registered extension . open your Vodia app and call the SF to activate and de activate , arduous i know if you have may to manage but a good interim solution waiting for V69 improvements .
  7. start slow why are you trying to bill ext to ext calls ? is this for residential or business application . ext calls will show as say 2XXX 4 digits with no trunk , the external calls will show as say 16035551212 dependoing on country and your number format
  8. if you test extensions to extension first always the best first step . you can use phones or the web panel . have extension 100 call ext 102 , while ringing have ext 103 dial *87102 , if it picks up with 2 way sudio then the system is OK , once you confirm that you can move to more advanced testing until you find the combination that is not working and resolve
  9. Hello . the interface can be customized if you have a working level of understanding of Jscript, HTML and CSS as well as the inner workings of the Vodia XML file structure . We spent a few months on our version of the interface , you can see an example here https://brandywine.tech/video-tutorials/ I have been working with Vodia for many years and very familiar, Vodia will not have the time or resources to show you how to do this, so be prepared to do some reading and trial and error , I would be glad to share a few tips with you or engage you in project services if its that important to you to edit as you like, but wont be inexpensive . might be good to start with some minro tweaking on a test system with a backup for changes that "break" the syste. for now I would advise using the web panel and not the Windows App ., for now you will get the best results . thats just my opinion , Yori
