pbxnsip says: Could not read file \img\logo.gif (error code ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND)

the file is located in html/img/logo.gif

what am i doing wrong??

Did you put the slash in the beginning? There is a difference between an absolute path and a relative path. Try "img/logo2.gif" and put the put into "html/img/logo2.gif".

yea thats what i did, sorry.

except i was using a \ not a /

so that got rid of the error, however it still is not working.

I can view the file manually.. ie ... http://localhost/img/logo2.gif

however every time it loads http://localhost/img/i11.gif

Using the help of http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Changing_the_Appearance, I just tested this. It seem to work fine.

(if you keep the logo2.gif under html/img folder, please use html/img/logo2.gif on the "Appearance" page). Make sure that you clear cache on the browser. Otherwise the changes wont show up.

That's what I did:

  • Create a directory with the name "html/img" in the working directory of the PBX
  • Put a file with the name "l11_test.gif" there (size 250 x 50)
  • Put "html/img/l11_test.gif" as Logo Link into the reg_appear.htm web page
  • Hit the save button
  • Press F5 on my web browser to force it to reload the pictures
