jacobtalbot
Hello Currently we have a SIP Trunk with 4 lines. We call a hunt group for 30 seconds and if no one answers it goes to an extension which acts as our voicemail. Is there a way to do the following: Call hunt group if no one answers, place call into a queue with hold music When someone is available they can pick up the call from a BLF key on the phone. Vodia PBX
If you put the ACD into the final stage of the hunt group, you should get the behavior that you want. You might need two BLF keys for this, one for the hunt group and another one for the ACD.

Vodia PBX
This should work. I don't see why a ACD cannot be the final stage, it is a dial-able number like anything else... But the final stage may have only one number.
parasush
I think it's possible to place a ACD in the final stage of hunt group. I can't understand, why you're unable to do so? This will absolutely works. I will recommend you to try doing it again.
ahennis@voicespring.net
I use and ACD as the final stage of a hunt group all the time. Works fine. What is happening when you try to add the ACD to the hunt group? Are you getting an error?
