brocs4766
Is there a way to have the system to notify a system of a message in a mailbox then have a timer so if the message is not listened to then it notifies a second cell phone, or create a escalation list in till the message is listened to. If its not currently available it would be a nice feature to add in a future release.
ahennis@voicespring.net
As far as I know this feature does not exist. I agree that it would be a nice feature.
Vodia PBX
There is a setting "Call cell phone when new message arrives" that has settings how long the PBX should wait before it calls the cell phone. It will try to call that phone 3 times I believe.
brocs4766
We have this setup on multiple PBX the system will only ring the cell phone one time then disconnects. Any idea what may be causing this?
Vodia PBX
Sounds like some timeout is too short. Are you able to call a call phone of a user from an extension e.g. using the *00<ext> star code and does that connect fine?
brocs4766
That connects fine it just when doing the Cell phone notification
Vodia PBX
There was a problem on some older versions - however in the 62 version that should be solved?
