netpro78 Posted August 29, 2018 Report Share Posted August 29, 2018 I have found that after upgrading to version 61 that if the beginning of a phone number matches the mailbox feature code, then the system will access the mailbox instead of looking at the number as a whole for a match. Support Posted August 29, 2018 Report Share Posted August 29, 2018 For this you can either change how your dial plans should be used for calling out or dial the external number with a country code (even if local) so that the system knows that the call is going out.
