I would like to get back in the topic once again, since i triple check the issue that only one of the customers i have is experimenting. They are using same equipment, same Firmware, same Domain on Vodia PBX, etc.. I changed the password several times, including using fresh start of different browsers to avoid caching fields etc. As well on the Vodia PBX side of coarse. Things are the same,. their IP address gets banned, no matter how much i increase the settings on white list in vodia security. I tried, different combination in GS PBX too, same results at the end. I have some of the logs portion, perhaps bring some light? Support Posted January 13, 2020 Report Share Posted January 13, 2020 You can try to enter the IP 166.172.186.76 in the "alias" section of your domain on V PBX and also under the field "Explicitly list addresses for inbound traffic" inside the trunk.
