execcomm Posted June 22, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 22, 2021 Yes. I set permission to monitor ACDs under Permission of extension tab. Then I log in with that account, and I click on ACD. Vodia PBX Posted June 22, 2021 Report Share Posted June 22, 2021 Sounds to me like the CDR had some unexpected string in it that would raise an exception.
