Henrikt Posted April 28, 2022 Report Share Posted April 28, 2022 In the old version e.g. .57 the customer see the waitingtime for each call (under ACD->Calls) but in the new version this info missing. the customer login as Domain admin and see the calls under the ACD Group. are there a way in the new version to see the waiting calls in ACD and how long each call have waiting in the queue?
