RichardDCG Posted March 14 Report Share Posted March 14 I changed the settings on extensions to use the queue dial plan when logged in as an agent, however, the CLI trunk they use is the domain default not the one set int the queue. RichardDCG Posted March 15 Author Report Share Posted March 15 one queue was working, I noticed the others were still in default. Log out agents and back in and they then call correctly.
