Santoshi
Dear team, How to blacklist particular number in Vodia /PBX
Vodia Support EU
Hello Santoshi, Please enter these numbers as contacts in the Global Phone Book. In the contact type, please select "Black List" before saving. Then these numbers are blocked. You can find the address book under Tenant/Settings/Address Book. Vodia PBX
You can also dial *92 after a call.
RichardDCG
Is there a way for a user to set a domain blacklist using *92? I tested on V68.0.24 and it states the call is in my 'bad contacts' but the number can still call. I can't see any 'bad contacts' list in either the PBX or the Windows app..? Most of our tenants inbound calls are to queues or ring groups so extension based blocklists wont work...
Vodia PBX
That's right, currently it's only in the personal address book. However if the call came in through a group, it might make sense to assign the number to the shared address book. It would requite though that the one who is blocking the number also has the permission to manage the shared address book.
