V68 service flag management

Will there be any more work done on the current production version V68?  V69 is being pushed and a bit of work being done there, but it is not a production option yet.

A big item still missing in V68 is service flag management.  IOS can set and unset them, as can desk phones, but not the Windows or Android apps.

The latest Android app now should have an option for managing the service flags, however it does that only for manual service flags (changing automatic service flags is not supported by the 68 API). And it does not automatically update the state, you would have to refresh it. That's a glitch we'll address in the next app version.

when will this be fixed.  Users say it is not good.  Also the Windows app.  Managing service flags is becoming a real issue for us.

Is service flag management able to be ported to V68?  V69 seems to have it, but we are not in a position to move to 69 for the immediate future.  Apps are being used quite frequently and setting/unsetting a night switch is a pretty basic function to expect ...

What does this mean?  What user front end? ... I can obviously dial the SF, but we could always do that.

If I remember correctly, there was a new HTML code added that allows you to set the state of the service flag. The service flag needs to be in manual mode, maybe that is why you don't see it?
