Well, you can change the template (attached). You can put it into the html directory (create it if it does not exist).

 

Version 3.2.0 seams to have a little problem, we are no longer capable to use Call Intrusion functions. fo my costumer on a call center version it is very dramatic.

 

Go to go back to 3.1.2

 

and everything went back to normal

Just verify the "Permission" page for the extension. Old settings were 'true' or 'false'. But in the new version, is is changed to specific accounts or * for everything.

Having an issue setting the outgoing email server info smtp etc.

When in domain settings it used to be at the bottom, this is not present in 3.2. Has this moved?

Please verify, under Admin->Settings->Logging page, Email Section has "Use same settings for all domains:". If this is set to "Yes" then you will not see the e-mail server settings under domain level.
