Check if the file audio_de/ringback.wav is there. Some service providers are using software that is not able to deal with media when the SIP call is not connected yet. Doug Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 The call route was: From outsiude phone inbound to Broadvox trunk, routed to Exchange UM. Today it is ringing. yesterday it was not.
