rudik
Today i upgraded PBXNSIP from version 3.2 to 3.4.0.3201 (win) Most functions seem to be working except the button i have always used as Agent Login/Logout function (defined in pbxnsip) . Other defined buttons as 'park orbit' or 'extension' still work. Manually entering *64 or *65 still works. The button on my Snom makes the light go on or off but no voice confirmes my choice. Also, the Agent Status is of course not changed !!! Anybody some hints ?????
Vodia PBX
Most functions seem to be working except the button i have always used as Agent Login/Logout function (defined in pbxnsip) . I believe that you now have to enter the queue where you want to login or logout.
rudik
I believe that you now have to enter the queue where you want to login or logout. OK, so that is a change from previous versions. Adding the queue number makes it work. What still does not work is the 'audio prompt' telling me that i entered or left the Agent Group. Can this be a bug ? We use the Dutch Audio Prompts..... Thanks

Those prompts are pretty old and they should be in the Dutch recordings. Do you hear anything? Or anything in the log saying that a file cannot be found? rudik
I doubt that. Those prompts are pretty old and they should be in the Dutch recordings. Do you hear anything? Or anything in the log saying that a file cannot be found? After some more testing i see the following: - Manual Agent login/logout (*64/*65) works as it should, with audio prompt, and button-light change accordingly. - The Agent Login/Logout Button works as it should, WITHOUT audio prompt, the button-light change accordingly. - When using the *64 or *65 i see the following in the log (it works as it should be): [7] 2009/10/02 11:39:23: Set packet length to 20 [6] 2009/10/02 11:39:23: Sending RTP for 3c26770d2865-go6371t5bm5l#68c070c7ba to 192.168.99.208:54892 [7] 2009/10/02 11:39:23: Set packet length to 20 [6] 2009/10/02 11:39:23: Send codec pcma/8000 [6] 2009/10/02 11:39:26: Last message repeated 2 times [7] 2009/10/02 11:39:26: Call 3c26770d2865-go6371t5bm5l#68c070c7ba: Clear last request [5] 2009/10/02 11:39:26: BYE Response: Terminate 3c26770d2865-go6371t5bm5l - The log-file does not seem to detect anything when using the button...... rudik
what is the content of the button? Name: 12 = Last button on snom phone Type: Agent login/logout Parameter: 990 = Account number of Agent Group
pbx support
Name: 12 = Last button on snom phoneType: Agent login/logout Parameter: 990 = Account number of Agent Group OK. This is similar to DND button. If you dial *78 or *79 you will hear the message, but if you press the DND button on the phone you will not hear anything. But actually, the PBX will remove the agent from the list or add the agent to the list.

Leaves me a few questions: - Does this mean that, starting from version 3.4, the audio prompt is not used anymore when using the 'Agent Login/logout' button ? - Is this behaviour 'as designed' ? - Is it possible to get the audi-prompt back by changing a 'hidden setting' somewhere ? Thanks for any more clarifications... Rudi
