hosted Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 in V4 RTCP is between the phone and pbxnsip right? or is there RTCP stats coming from the carrier.. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 Well, whatever. If there is RTCP available from the carrier, the PBX will do its best to report about the QoS. BTW it is RTCP-XR that gives you the real details about the QoS. Quote
hosted Posted March 8, 2010 Author Report Posted March 8, 2010 but if available from the carrier, pbxnsip hows both legs in the QOS CDR? Quote
Vodia PBX Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 In V4, the PBX will send two CDR emails. One for the extension leg, the other one for the trunk leg. Both of them may include RTCP-XR information, for the local call and for the remote call. The PBX does not calculate a "total" QoS score for both legs, it sticks to it's nature as a B2BUA. Quote

That is good stuff! Good work. Will there be a web portal place to see it? Matt Quote
Vodia PBX Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 You can see it in the 4th graph in the status screen (now on a seperate page). And we also send the data in the SOAP messages. Quote
