polycom2080 Posted April 19, 2010 Report Share Posted April 19, 2010 i am running version4.0.1.3454 and i see for some reason the agent group wont redirect to the destination i have setup under When a call approaches the head of the queue is If the caller already waited longer than 30 sec it should redirect to a 10 digit phone number, and it just keeps on ringing .. would a reboot help or is this a bug ?
