Cannot place outbound call from cellphone

We have been unable to place an outbound call from a cellphone. We just get a message from the system saying "The call could not be established." We can't find anything in the logs showing what may be causing the call to fail. Any ideas?





I basically have the same problem. It seems to me that the system is one way only. I don't hear the remote phone ringing.

We figured out what the issue was.


In the trunk settings try changing the "Remote Party/Privacy Indication" field to "No Indication". The default is "RFC3325 (P-Asserted-Identity).
