YSJ3010
HI when i try to black list a called after a call *92 the system stayed 101(my ext) 101 was added to the black list Please fix it
pbx support
Well adding your own extension to the black list may not be that useful. But the feature black/white list the last caller. Maybe we can avoid blacklisting the own extension.

pbx support
There may be a defect in how the 'last caller' was decided. We will fix it.

If I press *92 after the call it says feature not available. if I put the caller on hold and *92 same thing. what am i doing wrong?
pbx support
If you login to the user portal and check the "Status->General: Call return", do you see any number? Basically, when you dial *92 (if that is your black list star code), PBX will add the number on the "call return" field to the black list. hosted
so we have to be logged into the user portal? I was thinking it would be nice if I hung up the bad caller and did *92 and it blacklisted the last call kind of thing.
pbx support
No no, that was just a clue to see if there is anything in the "Call return" field to be blacklisted.. If there is nothing, then you will hear the message that you are hearing.

centricall
Hello, I realized that if the extension called directly, caller's number is written to Call Return field. But the call comes from the Agent Group (Queue), the caller's number is not written to Call Return field. So, you could not add this number to black list. I want to add this number to black list. How can I do this? Thanks.

pbx support
You can add it to the address book at the domain level and then black list it there.
