There is a nice video at http://help.outlook.com/en-US/140/cc188672.aspx#FindTheServerSettings explain this and I guess that is where you got the settings from. It could actually be that the certificate that is being used by office 365 is not installed in the standard snom ONE installation. If you go to the certificates page in the admin mode, try to import the following certificate as trusted server certificate Root CA.
