Hi,

 

we have no missing calls under the webconsole from the extension and the voicebox takes a long time to show the records.

The missing call is under the historie in the domain displayed!

Do you have a hangup problem? Some PSTN gateways don't properly detect hangup and then you have exactly that problem. Or does refreshing the web page show it immediately (then we would have a problem maybe with the websocket connection, which could be related to the firewall).

Hi,

 

No this is not a hangup problem.

The calls are in the domain historie to include only in the user webconsole not, internal calls are to include in the webconsole.
